This journal is beautifully put together. I love the stickers that came with it (I’m an artsy girl). This journal has been a great friend. Writing down old memories and future plans for my health has helped me so much. I’m only on day 18 of my water fast ( no cheating). However, the testimonies are helpful even just reading the recipes makes me Read more about the review stating A Great Little Friend feel good and makes me wanna keep going!
